CARDIO & STRENGTH CONDITIONING

AbLab – 30 minute abs and core focused class that will challenge with fun and focused movement.

Barefoot Sculpt – A blend of power yoga, mat Pilates, and conditioning movements using small weights, Pilates ring, bands, music, and body weight.

Barre – This class combines elements of ballet and Pilates and other disciplines for a dynamic and challenging workout.

Bootcamp – A challenging, full body workout combined with intervals on the spin bike, and exercises using the kettle bells,weights, TRX. and jump box.

CardioDance – Latin inspired dancing that will increase your cardiovascular endurance and tone & sculpt your body.

Core & Functional Training – Improve performance in your everyday activities, this class utilizes intervals, core toning and strength movements for the athlete in all of us.

H.I.I.T.– A combination of short, high-intensity intervals and active recovery that is designed to train the body for improved performance and calorie burning.

Outdoor Beach Bootcamp – A fusion of cardio, body weight, and mixed fitness equipment: weights, balls, and bands.

Sculpt – This complete total body conditioning experience is designed to define, sculpt, and build lean muscle. We use free weights, body weight, resistance, balance and cardio intervals to leave you feeling empowered and ready for anything.

Strength&Stretch – This class includes 30 minutes of strength using body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bands, followed by 30 minutes of stretching focused on mobility.

TRX – A low to medium impact class focusing on core stability and balance using the TRX Suspension Trainer.

Cycling Spin – A cycling class that combines jumps, intervals, hills and sprints to promote total body and aerobic fitness.

MIND & BODY

Iyengar Yoga – Iyengar Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga, which emphasizes correct alignment and precision making use of props such as belts, blocks and blankets, which enables students to do postures correctly, minimizing risk of injuries or strain making the postures accessible to young and old. This practice builds strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance to the body, mind and spirit.

Kids Yoga – We explore all sorts of fun poses and games, and age appropriate breathing techniques and meditations.We move our bodies, sing, dance and play yoga!

Meditation – Unwind, release and transform mental, emotional and physical tension in a restorative meditation practice.

Power VinyasaFlow – This Intermediate/Advanced class will move through poses using breath work and body weight. Previous yoga experience is recommended.

Stretch – A class for all levels that increases your energy level and flexibility through slow static and dynamic stretching techniques.

Sunset Yoga – This class can be an important tool for achieving your highest states of health, balance, clarity, and perspective towards your fitness and wellness goals.

Yoga – Provides a balanced combination of poses with attention to basic alignment with a focus on developing strength, flexibility, relaxation and mental concentration.

PILATES

Express Mat Pilates –This 45 minute Mat Pilates class will challenge, sculpt, lengthen and tone your body using Pilates rings, balls, and traditional Pilates movements.

Mat Pilates – Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

Group Reformer Pilates – Improve flexibility, build strength, and develop control and endurance throughout your body with dynamic and controlled movements on the Reformer.

ATHLETICS & LEAGUES

Basketball – Full indoor court at the Town Club.

Paddle Tennis – The Beach Club features five outdoor paddle tennis courts.

Pickleball – Outdoor courts at the Beach Club, Indoor Courts at the Town Club.

Squash – The Town Club squash facilities feature one international singles court and two hardball doubles courts, along with a full-service pro shop.

Volleyball – Outdoor courts at the Beach Club, Indoor Courts at the Town Club.
