Jonathans in the Community

Community service is one of the principle foundations of Jonathan Club. Jonathans not only want to give back to the city they love but to also try and make it better for future generations. The Club partners with numerous community outreach programs such as Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA), the Medal of Honor Foundation, Susan G. Komen Los Angeles, Heal the Bay, LA Works, 9/11 Meal Pack LA, HOPE Street, Toys for Tots, Midnight Mission, and United Way to name a few. The Club also hosts a Food, Beer & Wine Festival in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month where a portion of the proceeds donated to Susan G. Komen Los Angeles.

Jonathans have always put their best efforts forward in helping out Los Angeles. They make sure their surrounding schools are clean, volunteer at the community centers, and raise awareness and funding on social issues. In the words of Coretta Scott King, “The greatness of a community is accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.” May Jonathans continue to shine in this example.
